Quick time lapse. 21 minutes completing our final sand on herringbone parquetry. I'll spend all day on this process to remove any scratches left by the belt sander. Patience is the key as always when achieving a nice flat floor.
Another beautiful floor done and dusted. This job was for one of our regular builders at heathcote who builds very high quality homes. This one is standard grade black butt, One of our favourites. Today we returned and completed the caulking in the expansion gaps we place during installation. Everything gets done to Australian standards and best part is that when it's done right you hardly know they are there

Bauch Floorz laid our recycled railway sleeper flooring which wasn't an easy job as the timber being a natural material was difficult to tame at times. But Brian persevered and we now have a fantastic floor and couldn't be more happier with the our new floor. Thank Brian and Dimity love your work
